Hi guys. I would like to know what are all the areas and monsters that are zod capable.

All monsters in area level 85 can drop it of course, and everything in A4 and A5 to my knowledge. Now what about the other areas? I've seen ppl screenshots of getting a zod in the Rocky plains, Lower Kurast, Countess tower, etc. Is it only certain monsters in these areas that can drop zod, or they all can?

Zod drops from 81+ lvl monsters. This also includes Unique monsters in 78+ lvl areas. http://diablo2.diablowiki.net/Area_level
Act 1 - most dungeons (den of evil, crypt&mauso, pits ofc and cows)
    Act 2 - Canyon&Tombs
    and almost entire act3

Also hell act5 chests are capable of spawning Zod.

Okay that looks good. What about their actual probability to drop a zod. Is it the same for lvl 81 as lvl 85 monsters?
What level is needed to drop Ber, Jah and Cham?

    According to ATMA the chances are the same for all regular monsters (1 : 3841314 (p1)) except Cows (1 : 2560876 (p1)) and Wraith-types (1 : 1248427 (p1)). Level for Sur/Ber should be 75 and Jah/Cham 78.

As far as I know, the ATMA calculator isn't even close to accurate any more ( 1.13 wise ). I had a link to an online calculator though I lost it. Still, good to know that all the monsters that can drop a certain rune have the same probability of dropping it. Well apart from council members and cows of course, and wraiths for some odd reason.

You can extract and replace the file ATMA calculates the chances from to get 1.13c/d chances.

Got a zod in the frozen river off a normal gloam just a few weeks ago. Thought it was the beer at first!

Seriously, looking for a zod is a sure fire way to go crazy. The odds have gotten better since 1.12, but they're still pretty low.
