SC folks don't care nearly as much. remember we will be almost force to run on MP1 or higher due to wanting the higher monster density, and I know lots of folks that run on MP0 (paragon leveling) for speed and safety unless key farming or ubers. So maybe this will help counter the slightly harder monsters that folks might be trying to run before their gear is ready. Or counter disconnects on the higher MP folks will run. I know I was confident on D/C's on MP0 with inspiring presence at 2% but no so much on higher MP. eh I like it, it makes me tankier. thoughts?
