    Question about %damage

Hi all, when a skill or passive says: "increase all damage by 30%" or "increase damage by 30%", does it mean that if one of your skills does 200% weapon dmg, that it would increase that skill's dmg to 230%(200% + 30%) or would it mean that it would increase it to 260% (30% * 200%= 60%, 60% + 200%=260%)?
    TYVM!

Bonuses generally seem to multiply in Diablo 3 (like you said). But you never really know.

Your damage isn't your weapon damage. It seems logical that they're referring to your actual damage. However, we don't know if Blizzard is communicating it properly. I assume the latter is the case, but one has to test it to be sure.
