    Armor only!
Quite often, people want to know: Does my item have a high value? Or is it worth selling?

Here is a brief guideline to knowing if you have something good. I will write up another guide that has weapons and off hands soon. One thing to note, IF an item is close to perfect: i.e. 300 Strength on an item this can override the need for other properties to spawn in order to achieve a good value to sell.

One other item to note: Monks tend to stack one resist, so high Lightning, Cold, Fire, Physical, or Arcane resist on an item can replace the need for All Resists. Generally this piece will have to include Dex/Vit.

Disclaimer: This is a guide. It is not meant to give a value perceived or otherwise, but rather a reference point for anyone with a general question.
    Acronym guide:
    LoH – Life on Hit
    AR- All resists

This is a good guide. Some things people need to also take in consideration. High values for main stats vary from armor piece. For example 150 Dex on a helm is a lot harder to achieve than 150 Int (and generally a lot more valuable). High proc effects (3.5% and above) such as knockback on hit, chill on hit, etc., can really boost the value of a Demon Hunter item. Some Demon Hunters find stacking the procs very desirable. Like darkrealm said sometimes high values or good synergy of affixes can lessen the requirements for being a good sell. If in doubt always get a price check, sometimes you will be amazed at what people are looking for!

Great guide, the only comment I would make is that gloves need a minimum of 4 properties based on your thresholds above.

Gloves with 150+int 50+ AR and 30% crit damage are probably going for about 10k right now.

Edit: For rings, the stats don't need to be nearly as high... a ring with just 75Dex /75vit and 7% IAS can be worth millions

You might want to add a line to each for 1 random res , because there is a huge difference in value between a chest piece that has for example 150 dex / 150 vit / 18% MF, and one that has 150 dex / 150 vit / 18% MF / 45+ random res. It's tough to value you those pieces, but they hold more value for sure.

Any thoughts on what makes a good quiver? I always have trouble figuring out how much they're worth.

Changed the gloves, i need to take a look at the IAS factor on rings, thanks Omelet.

Yes they do. The hard part is how much value added is one extra stat. For some it could be huge, for others not so much. I guess that falls in line with the same shoe doesn't fit every class. Thanks Capt, there needs to be some changes for sure.

Thank you to everyone for the comments. It is much appreciated.

True. It's tough to really lump that into a nice clean guide, but any armor with dex/vit/1 res has potential to be worth a lot. Maybe worth noting in a separate area?

Maybe I can add in this guide or create another that lets sellers know what classes look for? I think I can make a super short add-in for this.

I will address this in another guide, but know that Crit, Dex, 15IAS, Resource Regen, Max to resource is very important.

    Love the thread!

Just wanted to point out that under "Helms" you have "Returns AP on Crit" but you don't have "AP" listed as Arcane Power in your Acronym Guide.

Thanks for the easy to use list, I'll be sure to pass it along!

I know this post was a couple weeks ago, but I would also argue that Socket is a big one too. Some other possible suggestions for Quiver mods would be Hungering Arrow or Elemental Arrow damage maybe?

I am going to wait on the Weapons portion of this for now. With the changes incoming on ilvl 61, 62s it will change what has serious value and what does not.

I think it should be noted that movement speed is practically a requirement for boots.
