    Hey

Just a question, is it worth it to gamble? Can you find any end game items while gambling? Can you find any unique items while gambling?

Gambling is the only way to spend ingame money so yes, it is worth it.
You can find set and unique items this way, however odds are somewhat unrealistic. People gamble for rings, amulets and tiaras, also basic items in craft recipes.

You can get huge payoffs by gambling +2 rare diadems/tiaras with wonderful mods. However, the rewards come sparsely even with a decked out gold find build. It just depends on if you enjoy long droughts with occasional jackpots.

I've got most of my rings and amulets through gambling.

Couple of things to note about it:
    1. Your MF makes NO difference to the gamble chance
    2. Apart from loading Gold-find items (not really worth it), make an 'edge' bow (Tir+Tal+Amn) & equip it when gambling for 15% discount
    3. Gheeds fortune charm gives you up to another 15% discount. These two things make a pretty big difference and don't compromise your gear (leave them in your chest until you shop if you want).
