Constantly press down the right mouse button when enemies are near, don't release it to use other abilities but use them while you keep it down so you don't lose a single cast. Slow Time Time Warp: Used to increase damage(especially meteor damage) by 20% and to use against enemies that best can't be frost tanked, like monsters that kill you with 1 melee hit. Also used so we don't need to place an ability that is constantly used on left mouse click, this works badly in my experience. Frost Nova Cold Snap: To keep enemies perm frozen or at least as much as we can, Cold Snap used for reduced cooldown, might not be best rune for people with very high crit chance. Diamond Skin Crystal Shell: Extra survivability, rune used that gives most extra life Explosive Blast Chain reaction: DPS and CM triggering Meteor Molten Impact: The main DPS spell, the flashy skill this build is about. A constant barrage of by slow time enhanced meteors on frozen enemies is what this build is about. Prodigy: Gives use the need arcane power for a constant meteor barrage. Evocation: Reduced cooldowns is very useful in this cooldown heavy build, might not be need for people with very high crit chance*attacks/second. Critical Mass: Needed to constantly use abilities with a cooldown like frost nova gear: enough crit to let it work(The needed crit rate depends on attack speed), maybe a little arcane power on crit and enough Ehp.
