Diablo 3 Wallpaper Series 04 - Azurewrath

This week guys I thought about making a wall with Tyrael smashing the worldstone with his sword the Azurewrath; to continue where this wallpaper’s story continues from with the invasion. I know I’ve seen this shot used before many times. I just thought it would look nice with my little touch.

Forgive me if the screen cap was blurry, when I took screenshots of the cinematic trailer it only saved it as 1280xSomethin so I didn’t have much to work with.

With that I’ll add this, been busy over the week working on a nameplate design for my concept art wallpaper series.

I have 3 beta versions of the nameplate; I’ll link ‘em below.

Each image upload has a message on each giving a short description and my thoughs like I always do with my wallpaper art. Please reply with what you think of the nameplate betas. Hope you guys like, and depending on how the D3 Concept Art nameplate is received; you may see another series start again next week.

The Angelic Runeblade Azurewrath was the sword of Izual, not Tyrael. It was lost when Izual was captured on the ill-fated assault on the Hellforge.

I knew later I would find out more info and that the sword would belong to Izual. Just wished i knew Tyreal's swords name thats the annoying part. Thanks for the info, another wiki page gives me more insight.
