Not sure if this the right place to post, but sure a mod will move it, if its not.
Wiki says this for Lightsabre
5% Chance to cast lvl (7- 16) Chain Lightning when attacking
The one I found is 5% to cast lvl 20, can post screenshot if needed

The basespeed and range are wrong too. Phase blades have a -30 WSM and a range of 2.

Oki, again, this is something I am not an expert on. I assume weapons have changed through patches, so it must be a later patch change.

Could you look at other unique items and see how they did it, and make an update based on that? I'm sorry, but I am unsure exactly how to handle Diablo II stats, I'm the lore-nerd and wiki specialist. =)

It probably has. The skill level of the chain lightning is dependent on the ilvl of the item, so if it's ilvl 99 then the skill level will be 20. If it's ilvl 75 then the skill level will be 15, etc.

From 1.10 onwards (I think) it wasn't possible to get a skill level of 7 for chain lightning, simply because it was impossible to get a low ilvl lightsabre, which would mean that either a) the skill levels were calculated a half as what they are now back before 1.10, or b) you could get the lightsabre with a low ilvl somehow (though this wouldn't really explain the max skill level).

Not sure about the base speed though, since no weapon as ever had -50 as a base.
