might be cool for environment sort of but it's terrible for balance purposes. Plus I don't think the developers particularly like developing content that almost no one gets to use / see.
520 played hours per epic level? Epic levels that are better and get progressively better the more you get? Doesn't sound very "diablo" to me.
The game already rewards those with freetime + patience + tolerance for the game enough. They shouldnt get extra rewards just for playing a crapton, the recognition of being one of the few high level players should be enough of a motivation to play lots.
If you want to be a legend in the game, do something legendary. That is more than hiring a Chinese factory to play the game constantly for you. I would rather have legends based on a leaderboard system for something OTHER than time spent playing the game.
