Game boot option

If d3 turns out to be the same game style as d2 then i would love to see a party boot and game boot botton. I dont know about you guys but if i make a game called "melee duels only" and a FB sorc or a hammerdin show up i would love to be able to kick them from my game so that you can have melee only duels. I think there should also be a party boot option so that you can kick out the guy trying to kill the cow king or somthing like that. this is one thing blizzard should have done in the first place.

what do you guys think?

One thing you have to think about is abuse and spam. I have been in games where voting to boot was enabled, and also games where there was a bad admin.

Some people come in and just start spamming boot votes... they might have a script... and then when the Admin realized when I got in his way he booted me for no other reason I was slowing him down (And i was on the other team)

But I would like PKing to be only done with the Consent of BOTH sides.
