Who is this new demon? Judging from her arachnid visage and the "pain" theme, I'm guessing that she's related to Duriel in some way. His hellish consort, perhaps?

Details from picture 52 reveal that she will almost certainly be a boss. These include that she will have a frontal attack from her front legs, spinarettes that secrete a silk that will slow heroes down, an explosive projective that clouds around heroes, and a possible weak spot: her abdomen.

To those of you who have actually read the Diablo books, is this an actual character? If so, who is she?

Duriel was my favourite boss in D2 (his look, not his tendency to drop scrolls of town portal). This one is also a "bug". I'm really interested in the story behind her.

I love how the female demons in the Diablo universe are simultaneously grotesque and highly sexualized. It reminds me a lot of Clive Barker's work.
