Future paladin skill tree

If there going to be paladin class in Diablo 3 then i would like them to change the skill tree. My idea is like that u got 3 skill tree tabs. All three are named after an ancient religion. Like if i want to be a fanatic zealot then i put my skills at the teachings of Zakarum tab.So if u like to follow the teaching of zakarum, then do it.

So each religions tab gives more skills to some attacks, dmg, life etc.

Forgive my bad english.

That's not a bad idea, but we don't even know if there will be skill trees yet At least like we see them in D2...

I hope that they use same old skill tree, but who knows.

I am sure we will see the same layout as in D2. 3 trees per class. But this time either the max level is not 99 or you have more skills to choose from. As it looks you do not have 20 max for each skill. Some max out at 5 or 10 or so. That means, there are too many skill points to distribute.

Re: Future paladin skill tree

do you think its possible the game might have shared skills that require skill points? i personally doubt it but maybe.

not sure if we will get more skills in d3, it seemed they had a hard time getting to 30 with each char in d2. alot of the skills seemed to be throw ins that were in no way needed

Re: Future paladin skill tree

Paladin is probably out of the question in D3.

Yes I am sure there will be a holy type class in D3 but it wouldn't be called a paladin. The concept on auras, I'm not sure if that will still be integrated into D3.

One thing for sure, overpowered flying hammers in D3 =

Re: Future paladin skill tree

While Paladins might be out, a healer/group support (replacement for auras?)/tank will replace them. I'm not sure I'd want to see a wow-type priest class in D2, though there will be more emphasis on co-op play, I'm not sure it will be enough for a healer-class with little to no offense..
