Sound quality

So, I'm not really worried about it, because I would imagine sound and sound effects are one of the last things they polish, but is anyone else hoping the sound gets a little better by final release?

In the gameplay video, I heard a lot of rehashed sounds from WoW and Warcraft 3, and when the Barb hits the ghouls the squish noise just sounds cheesy IMO.

It's not a big deal, more of an aesthetic thing (God knows I'm going to play the game even if the sound was nothing but guys making the noises with their mouths, ala Secret Cow Level), I was just wondering if anyone else noticed this.

Re: Sound quality

I didnt notice much personally, i was happy that they had included a lot of the old sounds of the different stuff falling to the ground, that definetly brought all the memories of d1-d2 back
