You been viewing the Characters & Skills forum? there are numerous threads delving deeply into this issue...
My idea on the 3 remaining classes for Diablo 3 would be:
Horadrin Mage - You start off as an apprentice seeking Cain, and the story of Diablo 3 will be your character learning and uncovering the secrets of the Horadrim and facing down the Lords of Hell
Stealth Ranger - This character would be renimisant of the 'wanderer' from the previous games and would be equally adapt with the bow, sword, pikes, maces, staffs etc. Would like to see an introduction of samurai/ninja/assasin arts. Can dual-wield but restricted to a sword with another sword/pike/mace/staff, or use a 2-handed sword with a shield.
The final character I guess would be abit different like the way the necro was in d2. I would like to see a fallen angel sent from heaven as this would give another unique take on the story.
Blizzard has said the the story will be different for each class as it is told from each of their own perspectives, and so they will have to have some Diablo lore to their background and have an interest in the events unfolding for different reasons.
My i dead for a class is a knight (maybe a demon-hunter) who uses enchants to buff himself like iceblade adding cold damage to the blade or bleed adding open wounds stuff like that also he could have other melee type skills similar to the pally's and possible even a summon but that might be a bit too diverse and overpowered
No offense to the OP, but it sounds like you want blizz to import classes straight from WoW, which I am definately against. The half the skill trees you listed for the hunter and warlock are exactly the same as trees from the hunter and warlock in WoW.
Anyway I like the angel idea as a new class. My take on it would be that the 'angelic council' has finally decided that Tyrael was right and that they need to take a more active role in events. Obviously give them some holy-based skills, maybe limited flight & an attack from the flying position (kind of like leap & leap attack from Dii). Maybe some mastery type skills since they've lived so much longer than humans. I would see the angel as a pally-esque class; a soldier that draws his power from his knowledge & connection to the heavens.
On another note, Cain was the last of the Horadrim way back in D1 right? That would be kinda cool to have the order start rebuilding by having apprentices seeking out the last Horadric mage for tutelage.
