YES! Copy off D2. Keep the massive item insanity whole.

Theres nothing better in life than doing a run of some kind then seeing a thousand items on the ground. Obviously d3 won't have as many (to cut down on useless junk) but the rate of random good stuff dropping needs to remain!

D2 was fun for simple reasons:

- MFing and making mules for item containment to maximize the godliness of all the characters.

- PKing (needs to be improved to a more modern system for d3).

- Feeling like a GOD. One click of a button with a sorc and tons of enemies are dead around you. When the character is maximized to a sufficient build, feeling godly in the hardest difficulties is truly the best.

DO NOT DO THE FOLLOWING:

- Reduce item freedom by having soulbound, having less dropped items, having zero odds for something good to be given by a regular enemy

- The anti-god. In other words, feeling generally helpless when you are alone and only having the ability to kill things with people like in MMOs. Keep the game soloable!!!!

OTHER THAN THAT:

Copy off D2, add new classes, skills, levels, items, new ideas. Keep waypoints, town portals for fast play-through.
