Tradable skill
give each of the character allowance to learn some sort of tradable skill, such as creating armour, weapon, writing magical spell, enchanting magical spell onto equipments etc, this can be done via hydrolic cube, although the quality of the creation depends on the tradeskill level; like Diablo2, such skill level it is not refunable, and cannot be reallocated once spent.
I think these trade skill will gel the comunity together.
