I hope Blizz has a long-term plan for D3 and Bnet

One of the reasons why I don't play D2 anymore is because Blizzard stopped supporting it on Bnet. And rightfully so, it's free, any advertising on it is mainly their own products and only game sales really fuel the servers.

So I hope that Blizzard has a plan to keep secure servers going with regular patches and updates. I am not concerned about new content like WoW receives. It's just having a fair place to game.

It feels like a year after the expansion was released Blizz just left D2 so they could focus on other things. Here's hoping they are in for the long haul this time.
