Runeword Scrolls and Mercs : Guilds & Arena's

One really good thing would be that you can find special scrolls with runeword recipes on them that only you have and you can create a special weapon or item and maybe that the runewords can only be made for a certain amount of time before the spell cannot be produced again. This would make the item you create a very special item.

another thing is that you can hire two mercs and also be able to equip them and have them store some items when questing and maybe you could assign them spells or skills giving them more of an ability to adapt to later in the game when you need more elemental power.

Also make some guild halls so that people could join guilds and join groups.

Another item would be to make dueling arena's so that all the duelers and pkers could go there to maybe enter contests where each party puts of goods or gold in wagering of the fights.

1. Scroll runes sound just like another rune to the runeword recepie. Nothing special. However, it'd be cool if the recepies of Runewords will be discovered through scroll which will be dropped randomly without explanations. However, this'd have a quick end, since everyone will share everyone with the recepies they discover.

2. Strenghing your merc- That sounds cool. Two mercs are too much IMO.

for the arena stuff i hope they will do like in d2 when they used to do tournament tha was so damm cool

If the runeword scrolls had a 30 day time limit that they were active or that you had to use the scroll itself in transmuting the runeword item and that that would make that runeword a one time event then the value of that item would be much more then if anybody could make them.

Another option is to have runeword recipes that you could add an unknown item with certain runes to make the runeword completely unique. Maybe a diamond or topaz or something like that that would enhance the item and make it even rarer.

Maybe two mercs is too much but its nice to have company when your in the dungeons questing.



I like the crafting option but the items didn't have enough power in them to really be cool items.
