What do the lesser evils look like?

Does anyone have an idea from the Diablo book series, which I haven't read yet but plan to, or anywhere else what Azmadon/Belial ect look like? Theres some great drawings( http://www.blizzard.com/diablo3/media/artwork.xml ) on the bliz site of interesting characters. A spider looking lady(Lillith?), Some Mage, and a Tyrael going crazy.

I've heard Azmadon described as a Hydra-like demon but don't know where they got that info.

Anyway i'm gonna go reinstall D1 and reimerse myself in this world since i'm all worked up like everyone else and going a little mad

The witch looks more like a regular monster, much like the Zombie, than an Act Boss.
The spider looking lady IS wierd..

I think you can promote both of them to be Prime Evils, everyone's been eliminated lol
