Validity in Question but DIII released at WWI/next Blizzcon

NOT RELEASED, ANNOUNCED! MADE EIGHT TYPOS IN A ROW THAT HAPPENED TO SPELL RELEASE, MEANT ANNOUNCED.

So I don't know if any of you play on D2PK, but someone posted this along with this statement:

I don't know, just another rumor to throw on the fire, but it comes with a very nice picture at least.

Also, if a mod could change it from released to announced that'd be cool, don't know why I wrote released.

This is a fake "box art" that's been floating around for quite some time I'm sorry to say. Look at the wiki on the front of this website and boom you'll see it there. Diablo 3 is coming... they've said for sure they won't let 10 years go by without announcing something ... and we're 8 years gone by... so sometime in the next couple years expect an announcement.

Will it happen in a month? Eh... who can say?

The image was part of an April Fool's joke according to the wiki.

It would say "RP" for "rating pending" rather than "M" if it was real. Not that I suspect anyone here took it seriously, but it's just lazy on the part of whomever made it.

I think any time you see the Blizzard symbol in any color other than BLUE, it's fake. In this case, the Blizzard symbol is red.

Actually..my xpac cd case has a red blizzard symbol...guess my d2 is fake
