Rules, rules, and more rules
1) This tournament will run from
February 22 thru March 24 when the clock strikes midnight GMT (right as March 23 becomes March 24, same with the start date).
2) Everyone does a maximum of 500 runs, you have a month to complete them. You can go over 500 runs, but those drops will not count toward your 500. You set a date/time to start, and that's when you start. You cannot start your 500 as soon as you pick up a Tyrael's Might, Dweb, etc.
3) Each participant gets to protect one item from being taken.
4) You cannot lose any S/U jewelry of any kind, so there's no need to worry about that.
5) Scoring for the S/U category will be based on the
MFO system (i.e. The summed score from your top five S/U). Here is the
scoring sheet used for that system.
6) The top 3 players in points get to select non-protected items as per MFO rules below

7) There will be a separate category for the best Rare Items. This category will be completely independent of the S/U category. A winner from the S/U category cannot take a Rare from someone in this category, unless they are a winner in this category as well.
7a) All players will vote for the player with the best set of 5 Rares. Those votes can be PM'd to me at the end of the tourney. And yes, you can vote for yourself if you feel you have the best set.
7b) Rules 1,2,3,6 apply to this category. e.g. 500 runs, you can protect one rare item, etc.
8) You do not have to participate in both categories.
9)
MP rule! As long as you pick up a maximum of 500 run drops, you can split your runs between solo/MP.
9a) To avoid accidently picking up extra drops, you should only MP with other players in this tournament.
10) You can use multiple characters.
11) For the S/U category, do not post your qualifiers until the end of the tournament. However, feel free to show off your non-qualifiers and yellows.
12) We'll use MFO rules for anything not covered in this rule list.
At the end of the tournament, send the ATMA readouts of your top 5 S/U to me. And post your top 5 rares to be voted on. Send in your votes on who you think should be first, second, and third.
