Now that I've given up three days after the ladder reset on bnet, I'm itching for some more MP action. I've done one other MP group here before (long time ago), and quested a bunch of times, and playing with other SPers is very enjoyable. That one had a theme to it, pirates if I remember correctly, but I'm open to anything. If you too would like to go from carver slayer to guardian/pat/mat let me know and I'd love to do some regular MPing. I'm thinking once or twice a week for a couple of hours would be a reasonable time commitment.
I'm thinking we should have some guidelines to make play smoother for all.
- HC or SC, up to whoever, if anyone, that is interested's preference
- I personally don't use RWM/RRM, but I have no problem if we do in the game (wouldn't mind an insight or two :wink3

- Don't really want to spend lots of time rerunning areas/mfing. A few baal/bloody runs if we need a few levels would be fine.
- I normally don't do full clears often, but certainly don't mind doing them, or just racing from one wp to the next.
- One of each character class! No fun with 3 pallys, 3 sorcs, and 2 barbs, everyone is invincible and the game is way too easy.
- Untwinked
- v 1.11b
- 3+ people
Now that I look at it, it's very similar to LprMan's HC weekend fun, and taken right from his thread because he put it very well.

I don't want to have the game filled with standard characters. I want to see an unique group of adventurers and how they manage to work together, not a 100% optimized party of killing machines.
Additionally, I have played in an untwinked group where one guy was playing a lightning sorc. The end result wasn't enjoyable, the sorc killed everything while we tried to keep up with her and collect the items left on the ground.

Other things I've thought about, but haven't been able to come up with a good answer. What if you can't make one of the sessions? Should we plan each session so everyone can make every time? Get someone to play your char and fill in for you? Make up the lost time on your own? Personally I'd prefer either to make it up on my own, or plan well.
Post your time zone, when during the week you think you definately can play, and what char + build (or loose association of skill points) you'd play. As for me, I'm in GMT -5 (EST) and I'd like to play either a shapeshifting druid or a fanatzealot (itching for some melee action).
I'll figure out a time that works for everyone to start with then pm/email them and hopefully we can start this weekend or soon after.
