[1.07]Just started off. MP?

I have a lvl 10 sorc started off in 1.07 softcore, which I plan to play during the weekend. (GF is out of town! YAY! Time to start farming 1.07 ethereals!).

Was thinking of MPing with her, to give/get some help. Don't want a rush, but playing alongside a few others would be nice. She's got the catacombs 2 WP, but is too scared to take on Andariel just yet.

If anyone's interested, then just play a 1.07 char to lvl 10, then I'll host games during the weekend. I can be PMed if it seems I have forgotten about this thread.

Got tired of ladder 4. Sorc is lvl 50 now, doing some rack running since I found a rack that drops Russet Armors on the route I take between 6 LK superchests just by the WP...

When I do rack one or two skullders, I'll move on to hell. Would be interested in MPing then.

Just to update: I'm soon lvl 79, beat hell baal, so most of my MPing would revolve around leveling.

Maybe some day when i get 107 to work on the new puter. I have som chars from the old type bear sorc barb and ama... never found that arkaines or +40 maxgcharm. Gl leveling as that is a pain in that patch but the crafts are worth it in my op. Beware of this though... oops seems i need a imghoster... talking about highlords without deadly strike, the 108 is godly compared.

Due to cold mastery and generally low monster HP, my sorc isn't facing any real problems except for Baal's one-hitter. AFAIK, cows should be the best bet for leveling anyway, so that's what I'm going at atm when not racking.

To my knowledge, lvl 91 is about as far as it's worth going. With no /players command, that's going to be tough, which is why I'm still open for MPing for leveling purposes.

And yes, I've already discovered that the uniques in 1.07 is a whole other story

I've found titans, the ward, rockfleece, etc and almost cried. But once I found Arkaines and Hellslayer, the pain was acceptable.

Yeah some like ribcracker are pretty sad. i almost cried when identifying that one while sporting a poor fireclaws druid. in the end it all worked out but cost a lot of runes and jewels. i'm sad to say that i won't be playing any 1.07 soon as i'm currently working on my own 3 hour twinked hell-hellforge sorc ala nightfish's
http://forums.diabloii.net/showthrea...ight=fast+hell . perhaps you could try players without the slash as players x-64 was in 108 or was it 109? and baal is a pain... died multiple times there. some poster suggested the racked version of laying of hands for it's complete fire reist. i have yet to find that one too

The players command was added in 1.09 IIRC and it was "players x" with no slash or confirmation message.

Baal's one-hit-kill thing isn't fire damage, it's magic. So 1.07 LoH won't help.

I think this thread can be safely closed now. I'm 82+ now, and the goal of getting to 91 won't really be any easier even with MPing. I'd might be able to help with rushes, though, since my sorc is pretty strong.
