I'm using v1.11b patch with Red Runeword Mod (not the Runeword Mod to get Ladder runewords). But I'm happy to trade with RWM people too!

yep, the chance of getting +2 to all possible 7 skills, i.e. a perfect roll, is one in 128. Just the same as the chance of getting a all +1 to all skills armor, one in 128. So overall, you hae pulled of a 1 in 256 chance of having both a perfect +2 to all skills and +1 to all skills arkaines.
I don't suppose you remember where you got them from do you? Traded? found them?

N00b asmo, Valor was changed in 1.10 to be either +1 all skills or +2 all skills.

Most of my *rare* stuff - EJs, Scheffers and Elite set items are from Pindle.
Some other things, e.g. the +2 Balrog skin, +2 marrowalks, Sazabis sword and Bul Kathos' tribal guardian are from Ancient Tunnels (which are surprisingly easy to clear out).

I only recently decided to change my "no trading" policy. So if I get Oculus+Tals Armour+Stormshield for my EJ, it will be my first trade.

I found Oculus and SS so MANY times when I played a few years back, but since I started again this year, I've found lots of rarer stuff, but not Occy/SS. Sigh.
