Best barb pker equipment/stats?

I was wondering for classic what should my barbs items be for optimal pubby dueling. Also what should be my ideal stats and skills.

thats hard to say, you could try and make 1 setup for everyone or use different items vs each kind of char you fight.

vs most you'll want mass life

you could make a speed barb with a range 5 weapon

you could make a good weapon/shield vs most chars

you could make a barb with +400%to cold vs orb sorcs
you could make a barb with +225%to lightning vs FOH pal
you could make a barb with 90%toall 95%to fire
vs a necro you'll need zerk/leap if they IM+bonewall

for most barbs it comes down to what you can get for items. you can make a good barb with sets/uniqs but to make one using all rares could take take a long time.

What are some good sets, uniques to use until you can find rares? Also I was wondering is their a site that shows all classic only items?

Classic items = normal sets, normal uniques, normal and exceptional items. Max enhanced dmg = 200%.

To answer your original post: when dueling you should build for the type of char your facing but to just go in a pvm game and hostile everyone this is what I'd use.

119 str
rest vit

Skills:
Normal WW barb with 4-5 points in natural resists.
Increased speed or not, your choice.

Equip:
Martel de Fer 220+ dmg -30 req.
angelics rings+ammy
death's belt/gloves
rare boots with resists
goldskin
helmet with resists

200%ed rare battle hammer or at least 150+%
uniq spike shield (40% chance to ow)
uniq light plate boots (25% cb)
