Best PVP Character in 1.1

Hello to you,
I'm new to the new patch, and I'm gonna make a PVP-Char, but i wanna know WHO'S THE BEST in duelling ? The Equipment is no problems to get..

I'd advise you to read down a few pages before asking a question that seems to come up almost every day, and of which there are far too many posts already.

People will be much more helpful and friendly if you don't make your first post a somewhat redundant one just because you're a bit too lazy to search the forums first.

Before I make a point I'm going to say I'm not looking for a flame war.

Anyway to me their really no best char but their are chars that become overpowered or w/e reason. A hammerin is a good example. If we could get 75% of magic resist then they won't be as good as they are. But since pvp penlty is the only thing that really kills the damage. U will notice in patchs bnet allways makes a mistake. 1.09 zons were over powered cuz of priece. When the new patch came out then they weren't that good as they used to be. Their allways gonna be people who make a char cuz their overpower or cuz their good against other chars.

Lets say 1.10b patch came out and they accidently made kicksins damage not go tho pvp penlty and be sygn so it can get up to 3k and dragon flight never misses. Well what happens ? kicksins own and people start making dem so they can have a overpowered char that can beat any other char.

Another would be if all chars were equal and the only way to be good is to be skilled, well people would be complaining about how their zon don't own or how their nerco gets killed alot. I'm done
