question regarding rune trading

I know that rune trading is not allowed, but is that a blanket "no runes" rule or are we able to trade crafting runes, given that it is unlikely that someone is going to dupe 500 rals.

likewise, if you are going to forbid trading low level runes then shouldn't you also forbid trading perfect gems? They can also be duped yet have no fingerprint. The fact that forbiding the trading of gems is so ridiculous seems to imply that forbiding low level runes is likewise a bit foolish. Maybe change the cap to runes above Sol? (thats the highest used in crafting aint it?)
