you shouldnt need a switch. if u want to tho, have fury as switch, and your primay as normal. first hit with fury for OW, then switch to normal wpn.

No, I think he means using two weapons on a ww barb on same weapon switch against casters. BOTD Zerk is one hand only, so against casters when you dont need a shield, its better to throw on another wep.

I would say go with beast for the extra dmg. Holy freeze wont really affect casters if they tele alot because it only slows running and attacking speed, but not casting speed. Also, you might want to look into Famine RW, I did some testing and it can do more damage than beast or doom since it gets up to 370% ed and up to 850 various elemental / magical dmg.
