USwest NL SC tourney

After reading the thread about the east tourney I decided to try to get one going on west with similar rules. It will pretty much be fair pubby duels.

There MIGHT be a prize my friends quiting the game and selling most of his stuff on ebay but I can probably get an enigma or something out of him for this.

Rules

All duels will be held in hell and will be 1 on 1.
All duels it will be best out of 5 duels.
All duelers must remain in the blood moor the entire time leaving at ANY time is a loss.
Using shrines or wells of any kind is a loss.
If you both kill eachother whoever died 2nd is the winner.
No pots except mana since we can't tell if your using them anyway.
No nking.
1 %absorb item allowed and 1 regular absorb item allowed.(May change based on char your against)
Resist capped at 80.(May change based on char your against)
Resist stacking IS allowed.
No Mercs.
No out of town summons.
No summon druids sitting in town!
Charged items are allowed.
CTA, Enigma and any other non class skill items are allowed.
No 290 pdscs 3/20/20 scs or items containing 40/15s will be allowed.
No hacked or bugged items allowed though there are very few left.
No marrow walks.
Only 1 char per person is allowed to compete.
Opponents will be selected randomly.
There will be 2 judges in each duel 1 to follow each char around.
I will be 1 and I need 1 more person (need enigma and be able to keep up with them without getting in the way) You can be in the competition and be a judge but you can't judge your own duel (duh)

Any of these rules can be changed if both people agree.

Ok tell me anything I missed anything or if I should change anything

I don't agree with this..duped perfect charms/jewels have the same effect as legit equivalents..and only a few incredibly rich people could afford an inv of legit 3/ar/life and 39/15 ias jewels. Plus melee is so item-dependent that you really don't stand a chance against good casters without that kind of stuff.

Also..are you prohibiting just those 3 kinds of dupes, or dupes in general? If its just those 3 then thats a glaring double standard..

If you decide to allow duped charms/jewels, I'm in for sure..

edit: the judges following duelers rule is also bad..duelers need the field to be clear of distractions in a hard matchup.

Hahaha Bone Necro galore here, what do you expect.
I was going to enter my bone nec but I built a brand new Barb, only problem is he is wearing 40/15ias in his arreats and ss. Could this please be an exception seeing I will be dueling mostly necro's, seeing they will still have the main advantage over me.

Not really. With 1absorb and 80%max resists allowed, high-fcr tele trapsin is the toughest match up for any other chars.

I guess any class with long range attacks and high mobility will have a chance. just non stop tele away and spam and you'll never lose. see who runs out of patience first.
