Well after diablo 2 we havn't seen or heard anything from what happened to tyrael after he destroyed the worldstone and yeah it said there has been problems in heaven. I think that god or whatever is incharge in heaven is mad at tyrael for destroying the worldstone and tyrael is banished from heaven. inorder to get revenge he has to team up with the evils in the 3 statues tyrael doesnt look angelic or anything to do with it

Not to be a smartass, but I don't think there's a God in charge of Heaven in Diablo 3. It is my understanding that Heaven is ruled by the Angiris Council, which consists of the Archangels.

But other than that minor thing, you do have an interesting point; Tyrael having pissed off the rest of the Council. They could have stripped him of his Archangel rank and banished him from their sight.

...And maybe the demons got to him "You have done well Tyrael...now I think you shall have your reward..." *Tortures Tyrael, twisting him into "Evil Tyrael"* :P

Yes, it's possible, but then, it's also possible that Tyrael remains on the side of the Mortals (he's supposedly quite fond of them and the rest of Heaven isn't necessarily friendly towards the puny mortals). Because, let's face it: Blizzard have played the "good guy turns evil" card a lot in their later titles and it's starting to get rather stale.
