Love Pandemic. I think I need to pick up the latest expansion (In the Lab) to make curing the diseases more interesting, though.

Pandemic is great! Another with the same style is Forbidden Island!

Pandemic is great but I hate that they released a new version of it and stopped printing the old version. My silly friend, despite me reminding him endlessly, bought the expansion for the new printing when he has the original printing and none of the cards match.

We just got Forbidden Island, I haven't had a chance to try it yet, looking forward to it, I like cooperative games but I sort of end up bossing everybody else around, especially in Pandemic. I AM THE DISPATCHER YOU WILL GO WHERE I SAY!

I read through the notes on that Game Geek site, and maybe we actually won the last time - we got all four cures, but within the next two rounds had cascading outbreaks.

I think it's probably easier when there's more players, even though that means more outbreaks. Seems like we get multiple outbreaks very early in every game, even though I'm "stacking" the deck as the instructions decree.

nobody has ever gotten upset playing Settlers with me, their spirits have been crushed and their wills broken

got to try Forbidden Island it was pretty fun, good and simple, good and cooperative without too much bossing around, and its a quick one to play too

Going to try "Betrayal at House on the Hill" in a couple days, I think the general idea is that the gang is out to solve a groovy mystery until one of them is possessed and tries to murder them all.
