Am I ready for Ubers? Rate my Smiter

Hey guys first time making a Smiter build and was able to piece together some nice gear. Not all of it is perfect, but it's pretty high up there as far as RWs and gear go.

    Screenshot10.jpg

Was hoping to get some pointers. I know I need some more res obviously, but with salvation i'm getting +91 percent, so i was thinking i could just take Meph down by himself with it on and then switch to fanat when fighting the other two.

    Gear is as follows

Guillaume's (traded for it with a IAS/ED jewel... does this work in helmets?)
    Mara's (21 res)
    COH AP
    Grief PB (+370 dmg)
    Exile Zaka (45 res)
    Dracul's
    Gores
    Ravenfrost
    Bul Kathos
    Tgod's
    -
6-4-2 CTA and Spirit on switch

    Skills are:

    20 Smite
    20 Fanaticism
    20 Holy Shield
1 in Salvation (with +skills i'm getting it to 6)
10 in Resist Fire (for +max res)
10 in Resist Lighting (for + max res)

I'm aware there are millions of smiter guides out there now, I just wanted to have a discussion about this one.

    Thanks for your help!

Slap an Um in that Zak if you haven't already. If you need more resists, pre-buff with Treachery-ShaelThulLem (easy and cheap 60 resist all). Everything else looks more than good. You'll chew right through em.

Use something else than Raven, youll loose dex (=vita) and the Cold Absorb(which is useless imo), and you can get a better rare ring with stats. Or a Wisp (10-20% light absorb), even a BK will be better. (life+1sk = higher BO)

Charms with lightresist. At least until your maxed, then focus on life charms.

That's really good, but why Grief instead of Last Wish? And I personally put a Kira's Guardian on my uber Smiter. Yours could be better, but I just wanna see your reasons.

The average base dmg on your shield, with lvl 26 Holy Shield, will land on around 130.

Use Last Wish, which is awefully expensive, and youll get an additional 200ed (or 260 dmg) in the end.
fyi, using Forti along with ~120str, thats a total of up to 700ed.

If youre using Grief, the +400dmg(max roll) will add to your base dmg.
Thats an average dmg of 530, with 500ed instead.

Dmg wise, Grief is the single best item for a smiter.

Fade and Lifetap can be gotten elsewhere. But not the insane dmg attribute from Grief. (And a Phaseblade grief also allows you to get max IAS)

Ofc, if you want as much crushing blow on your build as possible. Then LW is a great choice.

    But personally, Guillaumes+Gorerider is enough.

And what about the Exile? Wouldn't a HoZ be better for uber?

Why would it be better in your opinion?

I would only use HoZ, if I dont want to spend my wealth on a Exile.

Your salvation isn't high enough... you may need wizzy to kill meph before going back to your grief.
To kill meph first (that's what i recommand), you need to go south in the map and then get into the town slowly... meph will come to you... kill him (he's the weakest, except for that damn conviction aura), then swap to grief and kill diablo and baal

I have completed ubers quite easily. I didn't realize how easy Treachery was to make. I just prebuffed "fade" with that on, switched to COH, and they went down. Thanks for all your input.
