That will ensure that it will take a bit longer then .

I think it's physically possible and mainly a problem of motivation.

I used to use my contact lens water, because it always spread a nice chlorine scent ^^

What's wrong with the brown mess produced by a 12V DC transformator, a brass paper clip and salt water? BTW, the tip of the paper clip becomes ingredibly pointy.

Ah memories, you know all those shows like Mythbusters / James May man lab / Unchained reaction, where they say "don't try this at home", well, the instant I see something I like, I'm trying it

EG: I've made a creamer cannon last Halloween to create a fireball in the woods to scare people (all was safe and checked thouroughly)

That's because Lacrimal water contains salt and salt is NaCl; the Chlorine ions migrate to the positively charged rod called (anode?/cathode?: possibly cathode) and diatomic Chlorine gas is evolved.

But try not to use contact lens that much; it melts near a strong heat source like a live pile of coal, an oven or a gas powered stove.

No problemo, I have an extremely low tolerance to heat myself, so nothing I carry/use/wear will ever be subjected to melting/burning/etc...

That does sound like something May did in his Christmas special....
