Are these useful? And worth something? I'm not really good in evaluating this kind of items

The ring is pure stats. str/dex/life and serves no real purpose. Like leech rings or fcr rings. = Not tradeable imo.

The amulet is kinda nice, 2wc/33eg alone is decent, the huge Fres and str makes this noteworthy. Probably worth a few ists. 2-5.
