Could it be a good option instead of exile? Or a cheaper version?

The shield is pretty cool! Prob worth hr+
But Im not an expert!

I sell perf wws in my shop, for about an ist each. Easy to sell, and is common item for duelling.

Sorry if this is considered rude, but how is that shield better than HoZ?

+2 pala sk (2pala 2combat)
30% fbr (same)
20% added chance to block (final chance to block 75%) (30%)
20% ed (final defense 207) (150-200ed)
27 life (+20str, +20 vit)
32 all res (+50all res)
2 socketed

And on top of that 20% increase AR.

I understand your confusion! Gurk!
But this is a rare item, not a unique. Which means alot for player that only uses rare items! (They do exist!! Clans/competitions/style etc)

The stats are pretty nice on this one, ofc, it could be better. And even though the market is very small, the ones looking for such shields really have a hard time doing so! A hr is nothing in this case.

2sk/faster block/block chance/+30@/2os is mandatory on these items.
