How do you use the hero planner

Hey everyone. New here and I was just wondering how do you use the hero planner? Any help would greatly be appreciated. Thanks

Fist up you need to select a characters class. Then you simple select the slots to add the gear. Once you have messed about with it a bit you'll get the hang of it. Don't worry, you can't break it I hope
