Need level per act recommendations

Hello everyone.
I just recently returned to game after a long time.
Back when I used to play, I only did normal difficulty with berserker, but now I'm back for more.
I'm planning to take my werewolf druid to hell difficulty and I'd like to know if someone can tell me which levels are recommended at the end of each act (at least tell me about normal mode).
I'm trying to "overlevel" my character by playing /p8 so I can get some skill earlier in game before fighting some bosses so I can MF more efficiently.

NM:
ACT 1:
ACT 2:
ACT 3:
ACT 4:
ACT 5:

Nightmare
...
etc; you see the point.

I leveled to 69 once in normal, doing baalruns. Took quite some time, but no biggie.

Heres my own recommendations:

Normal

A1: 15
A2: 22
A3: 27
A4: 34
A5: 50

After that it doesnt really matter, youll reach lvl 80 in nightmare, and by then you should do fine in Hell. (lvl wise!!)
Shapeshifter is quite item dependant, so the lvl might not be your concern in late NM anymore.

Btw, NM Baalruns can get you over lvl 80 no problem!
