Halmin the Alchemist

I can't find Halmin the Alchemist and don't really know where to look. He is the only wandering merchant I need for Market Research achievemment. Can someone point me in the right direction??

has a chance of spawning in The Foundry Level 1 (entrance at the center of The Battlefields). The Foundry shares the spawn point with Battlefield Stores.

Halmin will crawl out from under a bed and thank you after you have slain the monsters in the room

Google shows that many people had hard time to find him.
