I need 5 to all resistance small charms for my smiter, would I be able to trade it for:

-Ist?
-20 life sc
-2x 16-19 life sc

Id value 5@ sc's about 2-3 ists... Might be only me though..

20l sc's are worth about Ist each.. Or slghty less now.

16-19l sc's are worth Pul-Um imo.

20l sc are indeed Ist - at least they were Ist like 3~4 weeks ago, but I don't think they're going below that.

Regarding 5@ - Im pretty sure I bought one some time ago for 2 Ist.

So Archone is pretty much spot on again ^^

I dont know anyone willing to trade 5@ vs ist, 20life and two crappy life scs. 16life isnt worth anything, and 19life is Um or Mal.
My valuation of 5allres sc is 2-3ists to buy and ~7ists to sell.
