Monarch is the "lightest" non-paladin shield that can have 4 sockets at 156 STR. The other two are Aegis and Ward and those require even more strength.

That being said - I'll take a look around and check my chars for one.

Edit- I found one 143 def ( no sockets, you're gonna have to use Larzuk ) you can have it for a Hel rune or if you don't have one, for free.

what shield was that? i was looking for a spirit for my soso (think the max strength is just under 100 with perks)

the lowest str req for non-pala spirit shield would be 154, unless it is ethereal.
