Id like to know its lvl req!

This is probably between 30 & 50 lvl req, so for mld is good lvl...anyway axe of these stats is not so usefull
in mid duels "oath" beat this pretty much, and for high duels, rw's are better.
ias is v nice ( max ), ar is also v high, and this dmg add is cute.But need to be 400+ ed and eth/srep.
So this axe is for self use if u cant afford some nice rune word.
U can upp it to champion axe and wirlwind monsters all around
