Tried with Barb, and only solution is to have high damage weapon with leech, no other way to do it. I think holy freeze screws all other options than WW cause you attack like grandpa.
Managed to do it with assassin (besto class so no wonder).

Did it with Tornado druid. Battle lasted for quite some time, but did it in the end. Item of my choice was Insight Thresher. Well lower base is better, but I was lazy to search for it among million of my characters :P
There is no much difference, your life could be somewhat higher, also probably my skill choice is bad and better would be to simply max Oak, but I wanted to test this one. I had mana problems, so several points into energy might help a lot, from time to time I had to wait for my mana to regenerate while Duriel kill bear. But, with proper build this challenge is rather easy with this kind of build, just resummon bear here and there and cast tornado like mad. That's it. Made some screenshots.

This is pretty much the autowin, as long as life tap procs, there's no problem...

Tried with feral rage/fury druid using shaeled ribcracker. OWCH, its impossible, D does too much damage.
I want someone to try max valkyrie/charge strike zon or a summoner necro with urdars, but yesterdays attempts with the sorceress really drained me, it took more than ten tries and just finding the D tomb is so annoying.
