Weekly Diablo 2 challenge contest

This is an idea I had, and received positive replies in the D2 lounge, so I posted a thread here.

We have a lot of themed tournaments, and while I like that, not everyone has the time to make a whole character and play through the game just for that. Instead for this contest we will have some simple challenges that anyone can do with pre existing characters.

The winner of the weekly contest shall propose the theme and rules for the next.

Here are some ideas that I had for the themes.
-Low level. Clear chaos sanctuary in hell with items that all have a clvl requirement less than 10
-Shopper. You are allowed one round of shopping at each merchant. Then go kill hell ancients.
-Tank. Sit in the middle of De Seis gang for 1 minute without moving your mouse, and don't die.
-Gloamkiller. Kill a gloam infested area ( like Plains of Despair ) with -70% LR.

And many more that you can think of on your own.

Current challenge

Lord of Pain

Kill Hell Duriel on players 8, using only one piece of equipment.

Rules

No mercs, but summons can be used.
One piece of equipment applies to everything. Inventory, charms, potions, scrolls, whatever. You can only pick one.
You can use any thing to get to Duriel's room, the restriction is only for Duriel himself.
HC or SC are both fine, though I suggest SC. Use S&E to avoid death.
Arrows and bolts don't count towards items used
You can use iron golems, but whatever is used would count as an item used.
No prebuffing with better equipment allowed.

Challenge ends Sunday, 24th Feb.

Are you allowed to use potions, or do you HAVE to be a wolfbarb to survive de seis?

Those are just the ideas. The current challenge is only to kill Duriel.

I'm definitely in on this. Do you want some discussion about ideas for accomplishing the challenge, or should we keep our methods a secret?

As I said before, I'm definitely getting involved in this. I was planning to video it, am I going to be the only one and look a bit silly?

I know you say 1 item so does this mean i cant use a bow, owing to the fact you need arrows

Arrows and bolts are allowed. They don't do anything by themselves after all.

Hmmm... A summoner wielding a Beast could probably handle this. Other classes would be a bit tricky. Perhaps a trapper?
