I'm missing pestilent small charms in the price guide and I think they are quite valuable. Diablo dropped one for me and with 10 life

Is it one of the items worth lot of ists? (would be my first)

I sold a 100Pdmg/17l sc for 5 ists early this ladder.

Id say this is easily worth about 10-12 ists.
