What Should I Upgrade?

What should I upgrade next? I am a WW barbarian and have no idea what to replace next, however my best guess would be my boots. Any thoughts on my next piece would be appreciated.

The belt is your most obvious upgrade (witching hour and/or IK belt (tribal binding), if you go for the IK belt, get new boots in the form of IK boots (stride)), also, get a hellfire ring. Your amulet could use strength and/or vitality. Your helm can use a better Ruby, your items could use better rubies (radiant squares and stars do not cost that much).

Also, consider switching your weapons for rares with Crit%, a socket, life steal and/or life on hit and ias (on the offhand).

The witching hour would be a good choice, but the stats u need as a barb would be expensive.
