You CAN buy LP (natural) gas vehicles.

Nope out here in Cali we use CNG not LNG or Propane. Got lots of refueling stations and you get to use the carpool lane which is a zero cost subsidy.

i See the CNG Gas Honda all the time.

The conversion market is dominated with the true greens and the used vegetable oil hobby guys.

i don't think places like Airgas are that hard to find. Google maps says they're all over the place. i imagine they sell fuel as well as co2 and whatnot.
