Is a 5% fhr, +36ar SC of any value?

I am not really that swift on the value of items and I was just wondering if that SC would be desirable to anyone out there and how valuable it might be. Thanks for your answers.

Ofc its sellable, no idea how valueable though, not even on my own realm. You have to try high, fail, and lower your price.
