The question is, is this worth Ists, or Bers? No life and allres mods, str roll is kinda low but thats 2/20 anyway...

very hard to value... but i'd say its rather in the ists range. 1 ber max.

if i had to guess: 10-12 ists

Id say yours are worth maybe 14-18 ists.
