Sold 343 shares of NUGT @ 5.21 for a loss of $240. I set a stop of 350 on the hui and it fell thru this morning.

My new strategy is a close under hui 350 to buy DUST, which is the new plan for tomorrow.

Its been consolidating for weeks, but has broken out to the upside the past couple days. the generic stock market year is to top in may, sell in may and go away, and bottom around october or november. So far, the market is following the generic pattern. No one knows for sure why that is the generic pattern, but my speculation is that people pull their money out during the summer because 1. They want to spend that money on vacation. And 2. They want to get away from it all and not worry about the market for the summer. this causes the market to peak in May as investors prep for vacation. Then you see a bottom in october or sometimes november as people return from vacation, get back to work, and start earning extra money to invest with.

Yeah, I fought with the missus this morning over her idiotic, cultural trust in banks. Sure, gold is expensive now - but it's never going to be (much) cheaper. Silver was actually riding higher if I read it properly, so gold would be a better refuge at this moment.

It's not obama, or the the democrats you should be a afraid of. It's precedent set that we can kill citizens without due process a trial a judge's orders or even a warning. That won't cause anyone to come after you. The threat is not immediate. That's not how it works. THe threat is against your kids, and theirs. Obama isn't going to bomb YOU. That's crazy. But the power to ignore our rights and then decide to kill us needs to be nipped off now, before we let it get any farther.
