EUSCL - PC 15 ed +1 ar Phase Blade

Back with d2 again, old habits die hard and never stay dead for long.

So my very first pit run while leveling and I get superior 15ed Phase Blade with +1 attack rating and 0 sockets, worthy base for Last Wish me thinks. What's this worth? I hope the lack of perfect attack rating doesn't hurt it too much.

They used to be worth 2-3 ists. And imo still are.
